Definitely my new Sharknose Goby, I've carefully selected fish I want in my nano. His bright blue and yellow stripes against his black body are just gorgeous

The tiny blennies, Ecsenius bathi, E. bimaculatus, E. trilineatus and a few others, blennies have such personality, most just get too big and these small ones are rather rare

Emblemaria pandionis is also super cool and attainable without too much waittime

Royal Gramma. I think he watches us more than we watch him. Full of character - digging in the sand, hanging out sideways, knocking CUC around when they get too close to his home. Friendly with the other fish, and swims around a lot (took him a couple of months to settle in, but now he cruises the whole tank). Very bright and full of color. Great for a nano - I suspect they'd just eternally hide in a larger tank.

I am going to get one as soon as my tank is done cycling why do you like it and is there anything I should make sure to do or have for it
It’s a curious fish, why at first, beautiful colors and crazy cool eyes.
Make sure it has a nice spot or two to hide.
