Feature Request for future PH's

I would love to see PH pump makers start implementing a waterproof Quick Disconnect on the line from the Pump to the Controller, about 30" from the pump, that would make life so much easier to be able to disconnect and leave all the other cables in place when we have to remove and go clean it. Is it a H&S concern that prevents pump makers from doing this?

The Vortech's kind of have this feature, because the Wetside just pulls off, and I think that's one of the biggest perks to the Vortech IMO.

Why stop at the pH probe? All probes should have quick disconnects. Then all return pumps, heaters, etc. Brilliant idea!

oh, I meant PH (Powerhead) but yeah! on the probes too! such a PIA to remove all the wires if you have done any cable management.

I wonder if theres a DIY mod that you could cut the wire and solder something like this in-line? Anyone have any thoughts?
