Hey guys I am trying to get a list together of the fish that are suitable for a reef tank that are native to Fl.....I think I am going to do a Fl only inspired reef tank in a 48x24x12

also what SPS,Lps,and softies can be found there?....I know Fl rics are on top of the list.

When I was in FL waters about 2 years ago I remember seeing cleaner gobies, longspine sea urchins, sergeant major damsels(very territorial though), some schools of tangs..I think they were atlantic blues but im not 100% sure on that.....and some cleaner wrasses..not sure on the sp. though.

For corals...

Elkhorn, florida ricordias, VARIOUS sea sponges and tunicates, staghorn, GIANT atlantic sea fans, tons of maze/worm brain coral, and some others that I can't remember the names of atm..I will post them if I remember.

Also there are certain zoa and paly types native to Florida.
