Fish suggestions

I have a 32 gallon with a low aqua scape and I’m looking for fish that swim around the top section right now I have 2 clowns, Yasha goby and pistol shrimp, cleaner goby and falco hawk fish the only fish that swims near the mid section is the clown fish, any suggestions because it leaves the top of the tank very empty

These are some good options:

Possum, pink streak, or six line wrasse.
Flameback, Pygmy, or possibly a coral beauty angelfish.
Sapphire damsel.
Forktail blenny.
