Flow recommendations

I have an 8 foot by 2 feet and 21" tall tank. It's a center overflow. 2 returns coming from overflow. I have a refugium. What do you all recommend for flow that won't break the bank but also not something cheap. I have many tangs I need to keep happy with strong flow like an achilles.

I have a pair of the jebao gyres that I like. Tip- if you go with Jebao: buy them off Amazon, if you have an issue during the warranty period, Amazon will replace them. Jebao doesn’t respond.

@Rtaylor beat me to it lol. I highly recommend Jebao, they are a cost friendly powerheads and gyres that work well. If you are willing to by used, I’d suggest looking at ecotech mp powerhead if that’s in your budget.
