Anyone ever have a fish that had a negative reaction to flucanazole? Dosed yesterday and by night time my 3 year old orangeback fairy wrasse was knocking on death door. Somewhat better today but not eating. Clearly there was some interaction with the flucanozole and the fish but can't seem to find any info if things like appetite suppression are possible.

Possibly an issue with o2 depletion.
Are you running a skimmer?
You should turn it on.

Yes, running a skimmer. Added a second skimmer this morning. Was watching the PH on my apex and didn't see a drop so not sure if o2 was an issue or not.
