fox face with ich

I purchased a fox face from my lfs and at the store it had no indications or white spots on it. I acclimated it tot he tank using a drip for an hour and then it developed white spots all over it and all the other fish seem fine. i will post water parameters and pictures tomorrow. what could have caused this?

Fish can harbor the parasite and not exhibit symptoms until a stressful event such as acclimation. Moved to the Disease forum for further assistance.
