Anyone know about about the technicalities of fluorescent and non fluorescent pigments being effected by wavelengths? Also what manipulations specific to spectra obtain the broadest FP and NON FP in SPS?
 
I think this is the issue that we do not know anything about if you mean how we can manage to get that or that protein (colour). I think there is some knowledge about what wavelengths different FP use but rather little how different wavelengths affect the composition of different FP and non-FP in the tissue of corals.
