Frogspawn Coral Reccomendations?

Starting off in coral keeping and I think I want to start off with frogspawn. I have a low par system where the highest par I can get is 160-120 at the highest point. What kind of frogspawn should I get? Where should I buy from?

I started my my biocube 32 with a Kenya tree, a frogspawn and a hairy green mushroom. I think they’re all great starter corals.
my frogspawn started as 2 heads and now maybe 50 two years later.
