Testing out home made food on a fish known for being difficult to get feeding. Positive results. Unfortunately I can't claim to have done the voice over, I can't think that quickly on my feet

So are you admitting that you took the video content from someone else and uploaded it to your own Youtube account so that you can benefit from the ad revenue?

No...I filmed it, I made the home made food which the fish are eating, I just didn't do the voice over.
Thanks for that comment

What's in the food?

Also, are you a sponsor here? I just noticed 45 new threads in 3 days on here and the youtube content is other peoples fish, even fish at the LFS. Like that Jim guy you mentioned who owns the tang. No credit was given to Jim. As a hobbyist I'm not sure why you wouldn't give credit where it's due.

I was thinking the same thing, metrokat. The posts seem manufactured which is not only disappointing given the great reputation of this forum but is also just as frustrating as spam posts.

One of the first things I do when I'm looking for a new fish is youtube it, I'm trying to create a small video information log, where people can see the fish swimming rather than a picture. I want to make it fun and not boring and I've got a lot of praise.

The reason they aren't all in my rank is because I don't have enough room for all those fish so I've asked friends and shall continue to do so.

I've had an email from the site owner revhtree saying he loves my videos and to put lots up, as you. An see he also made me an R2R supporter In just 3 days. I've received 26 likes so people seem to like them.

Also youtube pay you something like $5 for 10,000 hits I haven't received a cent. I do to for fun

That's a pretty neat idea, maybe a single thread is enough to post all of them? Might be easier to navigate.

Don't worry about the haters maggs. I love your videos, topic starting questions and most of all I lov you. Keep up the good work you deserve the supporter icon. I support you and your videos maggs. I think some people are jealous because your avatars is nicer then theirs.

You as are more then welcomed to use my fish for any of your information material. Keep up the good work.

If I was Rev I would love additional content too, he's a forum owner, this is what is in the forums best interest after all.

I'm questioning you from a hobbyists perspective. That tang is on my wish list (as an example) and I can see it swimming at the LFS or on other youtube videos. I'm just wondering as a hobbyist why there is no credit given to friends or no narrative about the fish itself, it's habits, etc. I fully support generating meaningful content.

Ugh posting with a sporadic mobile signal is the worst! Sorry I also meant to add, Lou, I would be very interested in a thread dedicated to your personal tank.

I'd love to see a build thread too. That would be cool with regular video updates.
