Setting up this small tank for high end shrooms, can i get away with not having a fuge and skimmer? water changes weekly still ok ? will i need to change more than once a week?

great tank. you will love it. i have their skimmer and it works fine. i have four fish in my tank and carbon dose. all corals very happy. been setup for almost a year now.
