Looked like this was the way to go loads of life and 40 bucks ok it aint cheap but you cycle tank faster plus other reviews said was loaded with life brittle stars you could actually see it with a magnifying glass. Ok so have to say here got the product dead heat pack and could have been sitting for hours but with the extra shipping charge its still on there dime. The pack just made tank total ammonia and it stayed redlined and notheing else would happen had to do water changes to the point where it was dilute to let tank cycle. Emailed them and yet found a sorry changed email and emailed that one as well no reply. So here we are today no life in said garf grunge plus and a waste of time and money! Just a warning will never buy anything from them again!!!!!!!!!!!!
