If you were getting a new hammer coral that is shipped to you at 1030 in the morning but work until 630pm would u run home and dump the bag and let it sit on your aquarium water or just wait and take it home after work. I am getting it delivered to work. tia. Rich

Assuming your parameters are within reason I would just go home and put the coral straight into the tank. Maybe float the bag for 5 minutes or so beforehand though.

I only temperature acclimatise my corals anyway

wow thanks. I will probably temp acclimate do a quick dip then throw in my hammer like
paul :):):)

I routinely get coral shipped to the holding facility and Ill pick it up after work ~6pm.
I still acclimate and dip when I get home at 6:30pm. Ive never had any issues :)

Thanks for all the advise. It is still not extended but my Christmas present seems to be doing fine.

What's the flow like, my hammers are in really low flow

maybe the flow is too high. I have it under the jebao so it doesnt get blasted. My other hammers seem to like the position. this is my first hammer

No, it keeps falling out of solution.
