Getting behind the tank?

I currently have a sump and was thinking about going to a AIO of maybe 50-60 gallons. If its right against a wall is it hard to clean out the areas that sit behind the tank? I would think you have to use a ladder and reach over the 2 foot width?

for me it is hard to clean the back section because it is in a corner

I’m referring to the area where the filter media and pumps are located.

I have a Biocube 29g and the hardest part of cleaning the back is chamber 1 and 3 are small and hard to fit my big hand into.
