GHL customer support is great! I've had a Profilux 4 for a few months, it's been trouble free in performance and accessing the webportal or apps. Yesterday afternoon I was no longer able to access GHL Connect through my PC web browser, I was getting an error message. The GHL CC software and phone app still worked, so I submitted a support ticket around 4 p.m.
I woke up this morning and had received an email around 2 a.m. saying it had been fixed. Sure enough, everything was working again when I got around to logging into my PC. Thanks for the quick resolution!
