So i am in 2 weeks with tank up went and got 3 lb of live rock to help cycle .... But now i check and have some of these .... Are they good or bad ... Live rock is at sump

Do they retract into the rock when disturbed? Looks like Aiptasia, Bad!

Those are Aiptasia, you need to get rid of those guys.

When i bought my live rock it Came with some of those found out it was aptasia i used Lemon juice injecting it with a insulin syringe it was easy to inject the little hole where it would hide I Got rid of it.
