Added my green bubble tip about 4 days ago, it has moments where it will bubble a little. But generally it's seemed fairly unhappy, it went down into a low crevis or a rock cave and has no been deflated as you can see in the attached pictures and video. It was very happy at the store and took the worker about 10 minutes to get it off it's rock.

Is your tank quite new? It looks quite new .

check your parameters and post so we can see if anything obvious there.

generally, anemones are crazy creatures and they go through all sorts of contortions when they are settling into a new tank even when everything is perfect. It’s normal for them to hide in a cave, behind the rocks even in complete darkness, or deflate and re inflate ( equalising the water ) the best thing you can do is leave it alone ( assuming your tank is old enough and parameters are reasonable and stable). If not you might consider housing it in a more suitable tank until your tank is ready.

The anemone has good healthy colour, it’s attached and its mouth isn’t gaping, all good signs.

The tank it's in currently is a little over a year old, I'm having trouble with phosphates being bottomed out and not even registering, my nitrate was 10 today, I'm due for swapping my filtration media, ammonia is 0, ph is 8 if I remember correctly. I have all my parameters written at home, I'll double check what I had for pH, alk, and calcium

What are you using in your filter? Are you carbon dosing?

4 days is nothing. Usually takes a couple weeks to really know. Ensure parameters are good, nitrate, phosphate and alkalinity and that you have adequate lighting.
