Green slime algae

As the title.
I've got a bad case of hair algae from increased nutrients from battling Dinos.
This slimy stuff only rests on the hair algae.
It's bright green. Can be blown off but regrows rather quickly.
The last image is a microscope image.

Might be green cyano starting up, definitely a good idea to get your nutrients under control as a first step. I would also remove as much as possible on a daily basis as a means of beating it back, try siphoning or sucking it off with a pipet.
