I have this big rock covered with long gsp well today I moved it to get behind it because a coral had fell now two hours later and the polyps are barely sticking out this normal should it be out tomorrow it’s the most it’s been moved in 5 months

Yeah, that's pretty normal from what I've seen. Give it a bit and they will all be back out.

Some times they get grumpy for a day or so when disturbed.

Just agreeing with everyone else here. I've seen GSP stay all holed up for a couple of days in a row and then fully extend in all their glory as if nothing ever happened. You're good.
