I have just purchased 350 dual pack.
My question is why do the pump only push water out of one side.

I can't answer why, but something isn't right. Water should come out of both of the cages.

After taking it apart it looks like the fins on one side go in the opposite direction so it only creates turbulence

wrong set of fins are in it then.

Hi Hi, we are sorry to hear the news of wrong set of rotors, could you provide us the serial number and some pictures? We will check this issue and prevent it from happening again

Thanks for help I have open a ticket and hope it will get sorted.
Ps only 1 rotor was wrong just could see the flow on 1 of the pumps
