No idea about par, but med-high light. 300 kh carbonite hardness is like a rly low dkh...like 6ish...it just wasn't drooping like that. I'm probably just over reacting. Other corals look fineHow old is this tank? What is the PAR and flow where this coral is? What is your phosphate?

Wow. They were about different things snd my light has been tested before and it's a fine budget light. So the par is 145Ok, I see you posted the same thing yesterday. Get yourself some good test kits for Nitrate, Calcium, Magnesium and Phosphate.
I see the light that you're using. I have no idea what "medium-high" on that generic black box light will produce. Best bet is to rent/borrow a PAR meter and find out what you're really getting out of that light.
