Hang On Back Refugium

Anybody have a hang on back Refugium? How has it been working? How did you set it up?
I’ve been looking for equipment to make one, trying to keep it under $75.

I have a CPR HOB fuge, I put 2 in. of mineral mud on the bottom and topped that off with an inch of live sand, I have a mangrove on each end and cheato in the middle, I use 2 cheato max lights and run them for 8 hrs. at night, I keep a conch and a couple of snails in it and it works good for me.
