I bought a Hannah Phosphate Checker and after only 3 times using it, it fails to turn on. It does not work.

Sadly, this should not surprise me. In my first 6 months of reefing I can not tell you how many problems I have had with "high end" gear that "comes at a premium price because it makes our lives easier."

I will add it to the $120 "high end" auto top off that failed in a month and a half...to go along with the "high end" $515 dollar lights that did not work out of the box....

As above. Try a new battery and contact Hanna if still not working. Should be under warranty as new as it is.

I've had my ULR phosphorous checker for 5 years and it still works great.

I am not contacting Hannah...I can tell you that. What I am doing is getting the money back from the store I bought it from and going another route as you only get 1 chance with this guy when a premium is paid. The store can contact Hannah about their problem as far as I am concerned. This thing was not cheap for what it is and I should not be having to do any of that at the price it cost.
