To test it you could try ice water to see if it displays freezing point. 0 deg C or 32 deg F.
The accuracy is stated as +- 0.5 deg C +- 1 deg F
Why not just compare to another thermometer?
There's no way to calibrate it.

The crazy thing is I have. I’m getting different temperature readings on my Inkbird and tds meter.

Well the inkbird is +- 2F so you could see at worse a 3deg F difference between the Hanna and the Inkbird with both in iced water
