Harmless barnacles or not?

Started seeing these on the rocks and back glass, are they barnacles or something else and need i worry?

Tank is coming up for a year old, fish only with just a few zoa heads (thanks foxface....) previously had a dino problem but thats sorted for now and just have a smattering of brown hair algae now that is slowly receding

I had quite a few but they have almost all gone now .

Above is correct they are easy to scrape off the glass
