Seems like he's doing better, there was just a very small heat pack in the box with him and it was all wet for some reason. I shouldn't have lost my temper with them but I felt bad for the fish, I hope he is able to bounce back. I very much appreciate you taking time to give me advice I wouldnt know where else to go
