No I couldn't find it anywhere around me. I get coral rx until Saturday because my lfs has to order it

You can get iodine from any drugstore.

I would just cut the head off. In fact you can cut all of it off and leave the base. It will regrow from the base.

Thanks I'll just call it quits and cut the head off . I was hoping it'd come back but I'd rather lose one head than my whole tank

Cut the head off and then dip in iodine from any drugstore a couple cups of water and like 10 drops for a couple of minutes rinse it off an freshwater the stick on a frag plug away from all coral if it lives you have 2. How is the sg coming up.

Unfortunately only one frogspawn head survived but it is doing great. The brown jelly spread to my Micronesia hammer coral and I thing I'm hoping to loose all of it . I dipped it and all the flesh started to come off

Grim dude. Look into chemiclean. for the tank. its an antibiotic. follow the directions. I haven't found another cure for an in tank treatment.

OK I'll do that. No my frogspawn came from my local fish store and the Micronesia hammer came from that pet place

The good news is that one head of my frogspawn survived , and it really seems to be thriving. Although, I did lose my Micronesian hammer coral . Thanks for your interest and all the information you gave me in a time of adversity. I am only a beginner and have only been in the hobby for about four months , so this website has been of great assistance
