Established tank. Water parameters are as follows:
1.023
Ammonia 0.25
Nitrates less than 5
Phosphates 0 running GFO and carbon in dual reactor.
Calcium 395
Dkh 8.3
PH 8.2

This stuff started about 1-2 weeks ago. Clumps the sand. Almost acts like kenetic sand. Had issues with Dino's while dosing nopox. Stopped the nopox and this began. Let me know what my best course of action is. I'm pretty sure I can just vacuum this stuff up but how do I stop it? Turned white channel up to show the coloring of it. Thanks ahead for your assistance.

First coarse of action would to be stopping the GFO and raise phosphates up to .03 to .05 ppm

If it's not some remaining dinos, then cyano or diatoms.
