This haves steam and root bubble algae are more like clusters and dark green

Not bubble algae. It is seagrape caulerpa. Tangs eat it like candy. Does well in the sump to absorb nitrates. This stuff grows like a vine

Very bad! Not bubble algae.

Caulerpa. Ok so long as something is actively eating it to keep it in check. Otherwise it will grow everywhere and may irritate your corals.
