Help ID this worm please!

Saw this guy annoying a small rockflower anemone and pulled him out. Can’t find by googling. what worm is this?

Kind of hard to tell from the pic but maybe a baby/small bristleworm.

Would be easier to ID if you put in a small bowl of water.

Pics aren't great, but Im seeing segments, so it looks like sone type of annelid, Im also seeing some parapodia possibly chaetae.
Maybe some type of polychaete ? Its not a flatworm

Thanks everyone! At least I don't have to panic then. I still decided to not put this guy back in the tank coz he was bugging my anemone.
