I was wondering if someone could let me know what is in the picture. i noticed some long tentacles a couple days ago and noticed they would retrieve back to a hole in the rock after feedings. I was peeking into the tank today and noticed this fluorescent tube like form. I did some research and thought it could be a spaghetti worm, but now that I saw it today I do not think it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hard to tell from the pic. Spahgetti worms are a rust color. Does it put off strings of slime like long hairs everytime you do a water change or feed?

Not that i have noticed. I did see it expel waste, or what I consider waste. It stuck out a tube, similar to a Nassarius Snail, and expelled a greenish/tan substance with a sand consistancy. I first noticed it when I was feeding and it caught a piece of food and the very fine tentacle retracted to the hole. the picture I posted is the first time i have seen a "body". all the other times it is very fine hairs that shine like a web, but are like tentacles because they move around like tentacles.
