Help identifying this please. Ich??

Hey all. Just got this flame fin tang with a tank I purchased. Showed no signs of anything until the move. Now he’s got this blemish on his side. I think it’s ich, but was hoping someone can confirm. Any coral or tank safe treatments?

Are the spots raised and cottony/fibrous or cauliflower looking? Or are they like salt crystals?

It was more like blemishes with a small white raised spot. It has since pretty much gonna away and no other fish is showing signs of it.

The lights are way too blue to get a solid look. But those look too big to be ich.

turn the whites on and get some better pics
