Help in algae identification

Hello I have been having this green algae grow on my rocks. It's really stuck on there, I have to use tweezers to get it off. It feels like plastic when I pick it off.

Actually it doesn’t look like algae at all it looks like ulva which is very beneficial I would if you can pull it off and put it in your refugium if you have one. Copopods love!!!! that stuff.

Oh sweet thank you! I'll keep it in the tank. I don't have a refugium.
