Help mag 9.5

First clean in vinegar.

Second, check the impeller/shaft to make sure that looks OK. They sell replacement impellers.

And third, look at the face plate where the impeller shaft fits in. That can wear quickly when the shaft and rubber end starts to spin. Cover plates are relative inexpensive.

And finally, even though they are a work-horse of a pump, they do die.

look inside the at the magnet. If there is any build up on the magnet the impeller won't turn. Take a wooden skewer and scrape off the build up, and voila good as new. I have a mag 9.5 and this is what happened to me. Mine is on year 5 fwiw. I take it out and clean it yearly. most always there is a little build up if you turn your pump off to feed.
