HELP! Maxima Clam Gaping?

So I've had my maxima clam for about a little over a month now...but since yesterday I noticed its mouth was gaping! Any suggestions on how to fix it? Will it live?

Oh my....doesn't look good. Not only is it gaping but the mantle appears to be detaching from the shell. Probably not gonna make it.

Sadly reef lover is right. That clam is too far gone, I can't imagine anyone would be able to recover it. If it were me, I would remove it now to avoid the inevitable ammonia spike when it dies and rots quickly.
