What do i do for care this fish?

Is it on just the one fish? Could be Lymphocystis, a viral disease. or a bacterial infection of some type. Any chance to move it to a quarantine tank just incase? @Big G @4FordFamily @Humblefish for help with diagnosis?

I'd wait just a second to see what the more experienced experts that I tagged have to say first :)
 
Looks like lymph or a swollen injury that is infected. The redness is the issue.

Kanaplex, metroplex, and furan 2 in a quarantine for 10-14 days after an acriflavine dip would be ideal to treat infection.

So it grows slowly, gets large and then comes off? That sounds like lympho to me. It's a little pink looking in the photo, but it could still be lymph. In that case the cure is simply: Quality foods, lots of nori, clean water and low stress.

If it's an infection then: Metroplex, furan2 and kanaplex together in a QT for a minimum of ten days straight.
