I set up my 45 gallon on january 14 and it was done cycyling febuary 4. I added my CUC them my Goldstripe maroon. Couple weeks later my cleaner shrimp. My clown was doing great devouring food all day and being active all over the tank. Just this week his eye started getting wierd and with research I've come to belive its Popeye its only on one eye. He also has stringy poop, fins looking wierd and fading spots on the top. What do I do! I don't want to lose him but I don't have a hospital tank and its not an option. I'm gonna do a 25% water change this weekend.

Also he didn't eat brine shrimp or flake

Is the poop white and stringy? The eye is likely a result of an injury that got infected which can spread to the other eye. If the poop is white, then you can treat him in the DT with prazipro. You'll do two doses 5-7 days apart with a water change in between. That should cover that. The eye can be treated with antibiotics in the food- something like kanaplex combined with seachem's Focus to bind it in the food will work and make it reef safe.

Can you get a good close, clear picture? That way we can see if the spots are anything to worry about.

Thanks for the suggestions and yeahs its white. I'll try to get a picture tommrow

I just went to check on him and he stuck to the filter over flow so I nudged him off and his fins are shredded

If he got stuck to the overflow, that tells me this fish is in pretty bad shape & weak. You need to at least put him in an acclimation box for the time being. Get us pics of him and his fins ASAP.
