Help Neptune ATK Error help

Hi everyone,

Last night I got an error on the ATK. Simple said “Error on ATK” at 2:50 and then again at 3:50.

I got up at 3:50 to look and the water level was just below the bottom sensor stop touching it. I have a mark in my sump and it was a little lower than when the ATK normally kicks on.

I turned the ATK on and filled it up to mid lower sensor then turned it back to Auto. This shut the alarm off.

What is going on why is this happening? I have the default programming setup when you setup the ATK through the task function.

Has to be something with the “Min time 00:60 then OFF” as I’m getting the alert again an hour later.

Sick of getting alarms in the night like this. Please help

Assure the return tube from pump isn't pushed all the way in. Will restrict flow, creating backpressure shutting the pump down.

Thanks the tubing isn’t pushed all the way in. Water flows freely. This morning it’s working flawlessly....

no errors. Running fine. Just happens at night. Has happened 2-3 times.

Also both optical sensors work. They change from open to closed and closed to open appropriately when submerged or above water.
