The #1 outlet does not work on auto. It works in the on position and turns off in the off position. I’ve checked the setup and all looks ok for the lights there - on at 0800 off at 2100, off over 81temp. Unit worked fine til today and came out of sealed package last week.
Suggestions?

I just replaced my eb832 with an eb8. I needed something much more reliable.

Unplug from #1 and hit the yellow reset button on back and see if any response
Assure the component plugged in is also on

Whenever someone posts that an output programmed based on time isn’t working, the first thing I ask is if the Apex clock is correct. Do you see two different clocks on your dashboard? If so, and you’re currently in the same time zone with your Apex, then you need to adjust the Apex clock settings.

Also, as mentioned above, please post a screenshot of the output programming.

there are two clocks, one orange at local time and one aqua that is a different time.

That explains why the output is not turning on when you expect it to. The blue clock is the local time where you are. The orange clock is the time the Apex thinks it is. The programming will be based on the orange clock.
Go into the Clock Setup screen to adjust the Apex time zone setting so the two clocks match.

What’s happening? My apex clock has been changing. 1. Originally I had two displays, one labeled “local” and the other “apex”. They displayed different times by a even number of hours. 2. Then after checking the clock settings as suggested in this thread the two displays showed the same time. 3. Now there is only one display. As a side note my lighting appears to now work in auto mode

When the Apex clock is set correctly so the Local Time and Apex Time match, then you will only see a single clock on the Fusion dashboard. This is normal.

If you travel to a location in a different time zone and then look at Fusion, you will see two clocks on the dashboard. Local Time is where you are, and Apex Time is where your Apex is. All the programming runs according to the Apex clock.

Having the two clocks on the dashboard while you are home with the Apex indicates the Apex settings are wrong.
