Help please ? Strange creature

Strange red fleshy thing on side of rock that Kenya tree is growing on. Then the rock also has sharp teeth coming out of it on one of the darker fleshy spots. What are these ? I’m dipping the coral now , should I keep or try to cut it off ?

I agree I think it’s a sponge. Here’s a close look at the teeth/spines not sure what these are but the red creature I believe is a sponge.

They resemble scerlites...maybe its sinularia and not kenya.
