Help red monti

Help J have a red monti that I got a couple days ago and it does not loook good. My tank is pretty new but just did a switch and had tons of boimedia from other tank and live rock. My alk is 12 and calcium is 440 mag is 1350. What could it be.

Is that the only coral in the tank, and the only one not doing well?
Do you have a tests for Salinity, Nitrates and Phosphates?

Also, how long has this been in operation? Monti, in my experience, are pretty tolerant.

I agree that more information on water parameters are needed, also a picture that isn't completely blue would help also. With that picture I'm not even sure what is wrong with it, is the color fading?
Alk of 12 is kinda high, I believe most people try to keep it lower than that, I try to keep mine around 8.
