Help require for EcoSmart Live

Hi I have two Radion XR30w G4 leds and one XR15w which I program using EcoSmart Live via my pc.

Everything was working fine up until two days ago, since then I have removed and loaded Eco Connection Manager several times but each time I login to EcoSmart Live it tells me I am working off line.

My O/S is Win10 62 bit

Is your reef link On Line... Is the Light Blue?

I do not use reef link as the tanks are in my office so I connect via USB

When I load connect manager it it sits in my hidden icon tray, when I right click it it states Connected to EcoSmart Live and the box is ticked.

It has been like that since I first installed the lights.

I’ve had so many problems with their program. Just bought new lights because I’m over trying to deal with it.

As I have spent £1600 I am a bit reluctant to bail out. They are excellent lights
