Hmmm... not sure.
But usually when I try to ID zoas or palys I just check here:
CoralPedia.com :: Zoanthids, Palys
It's a good database for zoas/palys. Unfortunately sometimes people take pics with fancy cameras and it's hard to ID it if you have a pic taken with like a phone or something with less quality. But anything that looks similar to this one, I would look at the album and see what other pics were submitted.
