Is metroplex reef safe? I have it but never used.+1 That's pop eye which is a bacterial infection in the eye. With it just being the one eye, it could be an injury that got infected. You can feed the fish vitamins in their food to help bolster their immune system (selcon is one example) and see if the fish can fight it off naturally. You can also feed antibiotics to the fish (while in the display) using Seachem's Focus to bind the med to the food. It's slow acting this way, but it will help. Antibiotics to try include Kanaplex, Furan 2 and Metroplex.
You'll aslo want to make sure you keep the water in pristine condition while he's healing.
