I started my 75G on Halloween 2017 with all dry base rock. I HAD some nice colors forming, but over the past 3 weeks it has all turned a very dark shade of green that a toothbrush can’t remove.

I run the white lights for 4.5hrs and the blue for 7.5(sea star LED)
I feed 1.5 cubes of shrimp every other day and alternate reef roids and phyto feast twice weekly.
Water change every Saturday 30%
No natural sunlight
Running a fluval 406, 2 wave makers, and a double hob. I replace the floss every 2 weeks and the carbon once a month.

Suggestions?

It might be green coralline algae. I have some growing in my sump. I have a friend with rocks that looked like that. Mexican turbos knocked it out. Hasn't come back

it looks like a brand new tank, and new dry rock... it will go through color cycles as it progresses through its maturing.... as for what you wrote in your post about adding phytofeast and reef roids, not nessasary as you dont have ony filter feeding corals... so your just adding un needed nutrients and waste into your system

I do have a medium sized WWTS, a GSP, and 20 other various frags...

My tank is doing the same thing. I’m starting to get some good coralline growing over it now.

Thanks all... I’ll give it a few more weeks.
I’m just confused by this since my 75G tank had already went through the brown and green phase back in December. The greens went to lime and the purple and turquoise started to appear then bam... dark, dark, green. It looks bad in any spectrum of light and even worse when they are off. IDK
