Help with VarioS pump

So my month old Varios 8 return pump decided to drop the speed setting I've had it on from 2 to 1 on it's own while i was out all day today. This changed my sump level by about an inch and my skimmer overflowed. Not the end of the world, but now the controller will not let me set it back to the 2 position. It goes from one to 3 and the controller is acting weird like the LED light in the 2 position is flickering. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot or figure out what I could do here? Thanks in advance

I have heard about this on the forum. Your best bet is get with Coralvue. They usually replace the controller for you. Another solution is to link it to your Apex and adjust speed via the VDM port.
