getting a black sailfin blenny tomorrow...my QT is at 0.20 and I expect the new fish will come in higher salinity...Is it easier on the fish to go up or down...of course, I'll drip...but I can prepare the QT better if I have some knowledge about this...Thanks...

It's easier on fish to go into lower salinity then higher. If u drip acclimate the fish that also will help with salinity swing. Raises or lowers salinity very slow.

Its at 0.22 now...what would be ideal...the blenny seems healthy (so far)

Ideal depends on the goal. If you are using hyposalinity for a treatment, it needs to be lower. If you are just keeping the fish, it is fine where it is.

Well, he's in qt, seems healthy, no meds so far...under these conditions...leave it alone or bring it down a little...?

I wouldn't lower the salinity unless the fish appeared to be sick. :)
