Hi everybody, I read a lot about hitchhikers and critters in this forums, we talk about pest and many other things as a few... however, at one point while I was doing my set up I bought some live rock that it came with a gorilla crab, never knew what it was until one night that I turn the lights off and start to check the tank with the flash light of my cellphone, I must admitted that not knowing what that horrible thing was I got panic and took the rock and start to search for that hairy thing with legs.
I was able to located the crab on a hole on the rock and not knowing what it was I took a screw driver and start to try to kill that thing so it won't harm my corals and fishes, I'm not sure who else here has a similar or same experience by being new to the hobby.
please share your experience with hitchhikers or pest on your reef tank and the outcome of you discovery.
I must say that every time I'm changing the water on my tank I find couple bristle worms, some of them I can tell that they have feed very good and well, I got to say that I'm lucky I don't have that many. Please share your stories and tell us what have you found at your tank and what have you done to resolve the situation.
