I was curious about reef2reef. I am sure Rev can answer this question best. When was it started and what made you want to start it. Giive us the entire background did you start it or was it bought from someone else. I want the low down lol.

This place was started as club-zoa.com. It's original intent was a place where zoa lovers could buy, sell, and trade zoas and palys freely without a clamp down from moderators at other forums.
I was one of the first 5 members and a mod from the beginning as I helped a buddy that started club-zoa. He got burned out in year 2 I believe and I purchased the site from him. I think we had 4-500 members at the time. Anyway after a while of owning club-zoa I got a bigger vision of what this place could be. Family Friendly, flame free, and a place where everyone could be treated fair and like an adult. A place more than just zoas and palys. Thus was the birth of REEF2REEF!

I am a relative newcomer to this forum, I have been on The Reef Tank since Nov 04, Nano Reef since Sept 02 and was on RC in Jan 02 with 17,000 posts and a member of Team RC before getting the boot!

Nice AZ! We just need to get your activity moved over here a little more LOL. I joined SWF back in 06 or 07 (my introduction to forums, but not saltwater), and have spent time on CR, RR, RC and AA.
