How do I test led drivers?

How do I test my LED drivers with my volt meter what do I set it to. to adjust them so I don't fry them here is a photo of my volt meter.

If they are new, set them for 1/4 power for the first week, 1/2 the second, 3/4 the 3rd then full, or possibly leave them at 3/4, depending on the weather the corals like it or not. The color difference would be totally up to you. But you would be looking at more Blues than Whites, maybe 1/2 white and 3/4 blue once you've gotten it going for a few weeks.
 
The driver their is one driver with a controler that runs all the leds and I don't want to run to Much tho the leds and damage them. Their are 7 on each bord.

Damage them? If you got the right driver, you won't damage them.
7 on each board, how many boards? What driver do you have?
 
Oh, a normal power supply, don't worry, if I'm not mistaken, you can only tweak those up to 13vdc, so your cool. But try and keep them under 12.5vdc when operating. By the way, nice score.

Lol no that off here is on. I have the driver turned down to 2.5 watts per led and the controler set at 50% lol
